New to Cross Country?

Are you new to Cross Country Adjusting or are you looking to become a part of the CCA Team? We offer a variety of classes that are designed to prepare you for handling our claims daily. Individuals who excel in claim handling, can expect a great deal of work with our company!

​Becoming A Cross Country Specialist

This class will teach you the introductory steps of the CCA system and what set us apart as a top adjusting firm in the industry.

​Majoring In the Minors

This class deals with the more in-depth issues that make our adjusters successful. It will cover areas that are commonly misunderstood by field adjusters, including cause of loss, resinpections, policy language, file documentation and mitigation. We highly recommend all CCA adjusters enroll in this course.

​Scoping the Loss

We will take a close look at how to properly inspect a water, fire, and wind loss. This will include everything from taking proper photos to obtaining proper file documentation. The adjuster’s ability to properly scope a loss is the difference between success and failure in this industry.

​Carrier Certifications

This class will certify you to work for our various carriers.  You will learn what they are looking for and how to submit files that will put you at the head of the class.

​Basic of Construction

This course will provide an overview of how construction works, what is involved in the process and provide an understanding of the materials used. Understanding the construction process is essential to properly adjust a claim. This 3-day class will help you with your overall knowledge of construction!

​Understanding Mobile Homes

 Manufactured homes are not built the same as standard construction.  Therefore, it’s critical you understand how they are assembled to properly assess them.  This two-day class will give you the knowledge you need to inspect mobile homes.
