This class will teach you the introductory steps of the CCA system and what set us apart as a top adjusting firm in the industry.
This class deals with the more in-depth issues that make our adjusters successful. It will cover areas that are commonly misunderstood by field adjusters, including cause of loss, resinpections, policy language, file documentation and mitigation. We highly recommend all CCA adjusters enroll in this course.
We will take a close look at how to properly inspect a water, fire, and wind loss. This will include everything from taking proper photos to obtaining proper file documentation. The adjuster’s ability to properly scope a loss is the difference between success and failure in this industry.
